The AI front office for Australian real estate agencies

Turn missed calls into booked appraisals.

AgentFront answers calls, handles rental enquiries and completes the admin that follows: booking appraisals, drafting replies and keeping Rex up to date.

Free until it books your first appraisal.

Nathan Reid, a contact the agency already holds, rings a line forwarded from an agent, so the assistant greets him by name. He asks about the house on Halden Street. The assistant looks the listing up and tells him it is 44 Halden Street, the four bedroom, open on Sunday from quarter past twelve until quarter to one. He asks for the details by text and mentions he would have to sell Bexley Court first, so the assistant offers a free appraisal on Thursday at two or Friday morning, and he takes Thursday at two. After the call ends, AgentFront texts him the listing details, writes the contact and call note into Rex, puts the appraisal in Google Calendar, records him as a seller, adds the property he has to sell, and writes the summary of the call. Booking an appraisal raises no follow-up task, so the record has none.

No website handy? .

Built inside an operating Australian agency. No fake enquiry. No public score.

A listing can be lost in the four minutes nobody could pick up the phone.

AgentFront was built inside Touch Residential, an agency in Griffin, North Brisbane, where agents kept missing appraisal calls at opens and property managers were answering hundreds of tenant emails asking the same few questions.

The agency’s CTO tested every real estate AI tool on the market and found each one too slow, too inaccurate, or too hard to set up and manage. So the agency built its own: servers in Australia, running the most advanced AI models available, tuned for Australian callers and Australian listings.

That became AgentFront. It runs at agencies across Queensland today, booking an average of two appraisals a week and giving property managers about ten hours a week back.

Design partners

A select few agencies get it free, for feedback.

We are shaping AgentFront with our design partners. You use the product with your real callers and your real listings, and you tell us what to build next. Two criteria:

  • Queensland based
  • Running Rex CRM

If that is your agency, book a demo and mention the design partner programme. We keep the group small so each partner gets real time from us.

How it works

Talks live. Writes after.

During the call the assistant only proposes and agrees. Every record is written after it ends, so nothing touches your systems mid-conversation.

01Live on the call

The call is answered

An agent forwards their line, after hours or any time they can’t pick up. AgentFront answers in a natural Australian voice and handles the callers an agency actually gets: sellers, buyers, landlords, brokers and solicitors.

02Live on the call

The caller is helped and qualified

The assistant answers listing questions from public realestate.com.au data. It qualifies sellers and buyers with a property to sell, and offers real appraisal times straight from the agent’s Google Calendar.

03After the call

The next step is captured

Once the call ends: recording, transcript and summary saved, contact and call note written to Rex, a task created for the right person, and any agreed appraisal written to the calendar as a confirmed event.

Hear a call, start to finish.

What principals ask before they say yes.

How do calls reach AgentFront?

Each agent gets an AgentFront number and forwards calls to it, usually when they are busy, on another call, or after hours. Forwarding lives on your own phone, so you decide when the assistant answers and you can switch it off any time.

Will it make something up about a property?

No. Callers only hear what is publicly listed on realestate.com.au. If a detail is not public, the assistant says the team will follow up and creates a task. It does not read private Rex data to a caller.

Does it book the appraisal during the call?

It agrees the time during the call, using real availability from the agent’s Google Calendar with working hours, durations and buffers included. That means it can only offer times that genuinely work. Once the call ends, it writes the confirmed calendar event, the Rex records and a task.

Can it transfer a hot caller straight to an agent?

Not today. When the call ends, your team gets the summary, the caller’s details and a task, so the right person can ring back with the full context.

What happens if a caller asks for something it can’t do?

It says so, takes the details, and turns the request into a task for your team.

What does our agency need to run it?

Rex CRM, listings on realestate.com.au, and Google Workspace for Gmail and Google Calendar. Setup is a guided sequence: connect Google, connect Rex and REA, configure your assistant, then forward calls to your AgentFront number.

Are the calls recorded?

Yes. Every call is recorded with a timestamped transcript, and the summary is saved alongside it in AgentFront. If something looks off, your team can flag any call for review.

What does the demo involve?

A live video call with the founder. You will hear the assistant handle a call, walk through the record it produces, then look at the email assistant and the integration boundaries.

Hear it answer, then read what it wrote.

Book a demo and hear the assistant handle a call, or sign up and connect your systems. Either way, you’ll see what lands in Rex, your calendar and your task list.
