Born at Touch Residential, an agency in Griffin, North Brisbane.
AgentFront was built by Touch Residential’s CTO, inside the agency, to fix problems the team was living with every day:
- Agents were missing appraisal calls while they were out at opens and appointments.
- Property managers were burning out on hundreds of tenant emails asking the same questions: next open home, bedrooms, how to apply.
- Every new listing set off a wave of buyer calls that took up whole days.
- The team felt they had to be reachable around the clock, on weekends and holidays.
The obvious move was to buy something, so we tested every AI tool for real estate we could find. Each one failed on the same three points: too slow to answer naturally, too inaccurate to trust with a vendor, too hard to set up and manage inside a busy agency.
So we built our own. Servers in Australia, running the most advanced AI models available, tuned for Australian voices and suburbs, and connected to the systems Australian agencies already run: Rex, realestate.com.au, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Today AgentFront is live at agencies across Queensland, booking an average of two appraisals a week and saving each property manager about ten hours a week.
